Produce

Luing is teeming with delicious treats. From both the land and the waters surrounding, a mouthwatering array of produce can be enjoyed during your stay. From Jack, Emily and Archie’s own produce reared on the farm, to selected local suppliers there’s something for everyone.

For 70 years Lung Cattle have been reared in the Scottish Hebrides, on the island from which they take their name. Bred to perfection over generations for their native flavour and marbled texture, our beef is now available to order fresh from the farm. Luing Cattle are raised on the wild West Coast of Scotland. Bred to thrive eating grass alone, from birth the meat is crafted into some of the most delicious, sustainable and low input beef in the world.
